Thank You

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who attended our wedding.

Thank you too for all your gifts and generosity.

You helped to make our day so special and memorable.

We had a wonderful time, and we hope you did too!

Thank you also to those of you who were unable to make it but who still sent kind wishes of support and congratulations, not to mention things for our 'bottom drawer'.

A massive thank you to Mum, Baba, Azziza, Kaye, Ray, and Vincent who sorted everything out on the wedding morning, and who put-up with lots of craziness from the bride.  Also thank you for all your ideas, offers of help and endless conversations about weddings.  You are all wonderful.

To Ma & Pa, Sophie and Bryan, thank you for your generosity and help with the wedding planning, research trips, advice, assistance, flower-beading etc.

We couldn't have done it without you.

A special thank you to Daryoush for coming all the way from Australia to be with us on our wedding day - we appreciate all the effort you went to get here, you made it extra special, thank you.

And lastly thank you to everyone who brought it together - George, Katherine and the staff at Hodsock for being supportive, helpful and so kind; Creative Cuisine for the amazing food and service; Dune Images for some fantastic shots and much fun and laughter; Cat Mancini and the Playboys for the wonderful music; and Eric and his crew for the hot-air balloon!

Our Honeymoon

Our honeymoon was fantastic - we spent a few days in Boston, staying in the very central Jury's Hotel and managed to do a healthy amount of shopping, drinking, eating and of course sight-seeing.  After a few days we picked up a convertible car and drove around Cape Cod, stopping for a couple of nights in Plymouth (famous for the landing of the Pilgrims, then Falmouth, where we took a ferry to the beautiful Martha's Vineyard, Chatham to visit Phillis (Aunt Shirl's friend), then finally to Provincetown (P-town) at the tip of the Cape.  P-town was great, really amazing food, great drinks, beautiful scenery and such friendly people.  After a few days in P-town, we headed back to Boston for a few nights, staying in the rather grand Boston Harbor Hotel, where we managed to do a bit more drinking and eating (not to mention more shopping and sight-seeing).
